GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

Prices listed on EGI price list remain valid until further notice.

After examining the sales terms, (prices, delivery, technical features, payment terms), we reserve the right to not proceed with orders received if there are conditions in contrast with current conditions of sale.

No penalties are accepted in relation with delivery terms if not agreed in advance.

Goods travel at customer’s risks even if sold with carriage paid
All risks connected to the shipment are responsibility of the recipient, unless insurance is requested for the shipment, the cost of which is intended paid by the customer.

Any complaints of non-compliance with the order must be received no later that fifteen days from receipt of the goods, otherwise all rights will be lost by the customer.
Products shown on the general catalogue comply with the law n.186 dated 01/03/1968 and D.P.R. dated 27/04/1955, except for further prescriptions.

Repairs or replacements under warranty are carried out only at our headquarters, the transport costs are charged to the customer.

Goods returned without our prior authorization will be returned to the sender.

The absolute value of warranty and compensation for damages cannot exceed the selling price of the product itself.

If customer needs insurance coverage for items purchased, the request will be evaluated only at the time of the order.

Even partial delay in invoice payment gives rise to the immediate commencement of interest at the official discount rate plus five points.

Failure to pay invoices, for any reason whatsoever, authorize EGI Srl to suspend supplies.
The Milan court is competent for any dispute.
